C & H Hydraulics Inc.

an ISO 9001:2008/AS 9100: Rev. C Certified Company

a veteran owned small business

Over 40 years in the aerospace industry

Our electronics division specializes in electrical assembly, crimping, soldering, potting, harness assembly, wire and cable assembly, as well as the manufacture of landing gear controls, sequencing switches, air flow switches and power supplies. We excel in manufacturing and assembly of “off the shelf” items that support multiple aircraft and ground based platforms with the ability to tailor our products to meet your specific needs or requirements.

Our electromechanical and hydraulic products are fuel floats, propeller feathering, airflow and hydraulic actuated switches, variable transformers, hydraulic oil and liquid to air heat exchangers, magnetostrictive delay lines, air solenoid operated and air poppet valves.

We have a variety of Systems our products are used in, including console control panels, surveillance and air search radars, rocket motors, surface to air missile launchers, landing gears, controllers and actuators.

C & H Hydraulics has developed its manufacturing expertise over the last 40 years as an original equipment manufacturer of cockpit components. These components have been  identified as any of the following nomenclatures:  Landing Gear Control (LGC) Switch, Landing Gear Control Assembly,  NVG / NVIS Landing Gear Control Assembly, LGC Handles, LGC Switching Units, LGC Knobs, LGC Lights, and Edge Lighted Indicating Panels.

Because of this experience major Government Contractors have chosen our Landing Gear Controls for the following aircrafts: some C-130s, C-141, F-5, F-111, T-38, T-39, X-29, MB-326, MB-339, and MB-346. We are also familiar with the landing gear controls used on the C-5, F-15, F-16 and KTX-1 aircrafts from replacement proposals made to the USAF in the early 1990s. Of these many different applications C & H Hydraulics owns and has proprietary rights to the complete set of drawings for the manufacture of the LGCs for the MB-326, MB-339, C-141, F-111, F-5, T-38, and T-39 Aircrafts.

Any of our standard LGC Units can be modified for use in any military or commercial aircraft application, usually with minor design changes and without incurring major engineering charges. In addition any of our Landing Gear Controls can be made NVG / NVIS compatible.
